Kimberly McCartney, President
Kim has been with the company since 1989. She started in customer service and eventualy became CFO in 1999. She took over as President in September 2005.
Michael T. Palumbo, VP of Operations
Mike plays a vital role in managing and servicing all of AV’s clients. Having been with AV for almost 30 years now, he has the expertise to assist all of AV's clients needs. From dispatching technicians to coordinating installations, managing inventory to troubleshooting clients issues, he ensures that all of AV's clients receive the quality service they deserve.
George Dennison, Sr. Technician/Engineer
George coordinates and engineers the installation of all new clients and assists in servicing AV’s client base. He has well over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and is always up to date on the latest technologies available.
Virginia Nims, Sales Executive
Ginny, 'The Telecom Lady', came back to AV last year after a few years of selling services for a leading service provider. She has extensive experience in the sales of both telecommunications equipment and services. She is well versed in all facets of selling/pricing telecommunications equipment and services and is able to ascertain what the customers' needs are based on her vast knowledge and experience.
Together, they make sure that AVBCS’s extensive loyal customer base throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and parts of Maryland are provided excellent service.
